Our next registration will be held at
St. John Parks Department
PLEASE NOTE This registration location IS in St. John Indiana, just off of Hack Street, and is a Friday Evening registration. The map below will guide you to the facility. The building is marked (St. John Parks Department) and we will have a couple of Storm signs up as you get close.

Friday August 1st, 2008 6:30 - 9:00pm

For our season that starts in September 2008.

To register for our program you not need prior experience,
but you will need a COPY of each of the following:

- Birth Certificate (needed at registration if new to the program)
- Non-refundable program fee
- 2007/08 Mid year report card acceptable for registration

If you have a current Cheerleading Physical please bring it with, if not we will need one completed by Aug. 31st. You will get a form at registration, or you can download an extra copy of the physical approval form in Adobe format, by clicking on the following file
MEDICAL APPROVAL

When you register, we require a Parent or Legal Guardian to accompany the child who is registering.

We have a bottom line and it is this, we can offer an all volunteer cheer and dance program in a cost effective way and still give back to our community for future generations.

Our entire program is staffed by volunteers.
Our entire program is a non profit 501(c)3.
So when you see our program's motto:
"For the Love of the Kids, For the Love of the Sport"
We put our time, where our mouth is!

With the money you save in our program, because of the community volunteers & the parents, we encourage families to invest that savings in a college fund
for your child's future education.
We are much more then just a Cheer & Dance program.

LEVEL 5 REGISTRATION
The Northern Indiana Storm Cheer and Dance Association is looking to fill 8 spots on their Level 5 All star team.

This is our only squad that try-outs are required for.
